Overview

This policy explains what information Justin Hemsley (eXp Realty, LLC) collects through tailoredagentlv.com, how it is used, who receives it, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website only. It does not cover the eXp Realty site at justinhemsley.exprealty.com, which has its own privacy policy.

Information We Collect

Information is collected directly from you when you use a form on this site:

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), reason for contacting, and your message.
• Relocation guide form: name, email, and your general moving timeline.
• Northwest Las Vegas updates request: email address.

Each submission is also recorded with the date and time it was sent and the page it was sent from. The forms use two simple spam checks: a hidden field that people leave empty, and how long the form was open before it was submitted.

Your IP address is used to limit repeated form submissions. It is held only in the server’s memory and is not saved to a database or file by this site. The hosting provider that serves this site may keep its own technical logs, such as IP address and browser type.

How Information Is Used

Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, to send you a guide you requested, and to follow up with you about buying, selling or relocating in northwest Las Vegas. If you ask for Northwest Las Vegas updates, your email address is used so Justin Hemsley can send you updates. This website does not send an automated or scheduled newsletter. Your information is not sold.

When you request the relocation guide, a copy is prepared with your name printed on its cover and is emailed to you. This website does not keep that copy.

Who Receives Your Information

To carry out what you ask for, your submission is shared with the following providers, each subject to its own privacy policy:

• Resend, the email delivery service. It sends you the guide email, and it sends Justin Hemsley a notification email containing what you submitted (your name, email, phone if given, message, and the date, time and page of the submission).
• The email account that receives those notifications, which is a Gmail account belonging to Justin Hemsley.
• Cloze, the client relationship management (CRM) system used to manage leads and follow-up. Lead notification emails from this site are captured into Cloze.
• Calendly, only if you choose to book a consultation. This site links to Calendly; details you enter there are collected by Calendly, not by this site.
• The hosting provider that serves this site.

Cookies and Analytics

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies or trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated to name the tool and explain how to opt out.

Data Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the credentials used to send email are kept on the server, not in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and this policy cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect their information.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
